Basket, favourites and preferences
Your selected picture frames, quantities, favourites, delivery country and language preference are kept in your browser’s local storage. They remain there until you delete them or clear your browser data. We use this storage to make your chosen shopping features work; it is not linked to a customer account or advertising profile.
Details entered at checkout
Address details you enter remain on the page and are not sent to our server. They are cleared when you finish reviewing your order or close the page.
Contact, enquiries and cancellation
Forms prepare a message in your browser. We only receive your details through the relevant service if you send an email or WhatsApp message yourself. We use the information received to handle your question or request. These external services also have their own privacy policies.
Technical data
The web server processes technical request data and error messages to keep the website working. No advertising pixels or external analytics services are loaded.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we process about you. Depending on the processing, you may also request restriction or portability, or object to processing.
