Size & material
What size frame do I need?
Measure your photo or print from edge to edge. Choose the same internal size for your frame. A 30 × 40 cm print fits a 30 × 40 cm frame.
Which picture frame should I choose for A4?
For A4, choose one of our 21 × 30 cm picture frames.
Are a print and picture mount included?
No. The images in the interior photos are there for inspiration. Here, you are choosing a picture frame on its own.

Can I still change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check which changes are still possible.
Can I order for my business?
We are happy to help you choose a series of frames for your office, hotel or project. Contact us with your preferred sizes, colours and quantities.
Delivery & returns
How much does delivery cost?

My frame arrived damaged. What should I do?
Send us your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will find a suitable solution together.
Can I return a frame?
Standard frames have a 14-day cooling-off period. Contact us for return instructions.
Use & care
Can I stand my frame up?
Check the display information for your size. Small wooden frames have a stand; larger sizes are designed to hang.
How do I clean my frame?
Use a soft, dry cloth for the profile. Avoid abrasives, harsh cleaners and direct contact with moisture.
